❌ Not Eligible for Refund

  • After project completion and final delivery
  • Changes in business requirements or scope
  • Third-party service issues (hosting, domain, etc.)
  • Client-side delays or lack of cooperation
  • Minor design preferences or subjective opinions

Refund Timeline

Refund requests must be submitted within:

  • 7 days of project cancellation (before work starts)
  • 14 days of project delivery (for technical issues)
  • 30 days of initial payment (if no work has begun)

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

Refund Calculation

  • 100% refund: Before any development work begins
  • 50% refund: Within first 25% of project timeline
  • 25% refund: Within first 50% of project timeline
  • No refund: After 50% project completion

How to Request a Refund

We'll review your request within 3 business days and respond with our decision.

Instead of a refund, we may offer:
